ABOUT ME
Alyssa L. Bertinato lives in Ottawa, Ontario, where she spends her days working a full-time job and her evenings writing, reading, and bingeing Grey’s Anatomy. She holds a Criminology degree with a concentration in Psychology from Carleton University, and enjoys exploring the intersections of human behaviour, mystery, and storycraft in her writing.
Alyssa’s love of reading began in childhood, and she has since dedicated herself to crafting worlds full of romance, magic, and adventure. Her favourite genres to read include fantasy and romance—but especially a mix of the two.
When she’s not writing, Alyssa can be found listening to Broadway cast recordings, practicing her singing and dancing, or dreaming of performing on stage one day. She is currently self-published and exploring opportunities for traditional publishing.
